Premium vending, fully managed - Manchester

A vending machine your residents will actually use.

Snacks, drinks and protein, open all hours. We install it, stock it and look after it. It costs your building nothing, and pays you a share of every sale.

Who it's for

Built for buildings where people live, work and train.

Anywhere residents or members pause - a lobby, a gym, a lounge, a laundry room - is somewhere a machine earns its keep.

How it works

Four steps. Only the first one needs you.

Your part 1

We visit and agree the spot

A fifteen-minute walk round the building is enough. We'll suggest where it will do best.

2

We install it

A glass-fronted machine, wrapped to suit your building. Needs a standard plug socket and about a square metre of floor.

3

We keep it stocked and working

Every machine reports back to us, so we know it needs a refill or attention before anyone has to tell us.

4

Your building earns

A share of every sale, paid to the building monthly, with a statement showing what sold.

Inside a TapNVend machine: crisps, chocolate, protein bars and energy gels
In the machine

A range that fits the building, not a canteen list.

Drinks, snacks, protein and everyday essentials

Drinks

Water, soft drinks, energy and sports drinks.

Snacks

Crisps, chocolate, sweets and nuts.

Protein

Bars, shakes, Huel and energy gels.

Everyday

Noodles, biscuits, juice and milk drinks.

We watch what sells and adjust the range, so a gym gets post-workout protein, a co-working lounge gets lunch-break staples, and a residents' block gets the late-night essentials.

Questions

The things building managers ask us first.

Residents' lounge seating
Who keeps it stocked?

We do. Each machine reports its stock levels back to us, so we refill before it runs low rather than after someone complains. You never touch it.

What if it stops working?

The machine tells us. A card reader fault or a power issue raises an alert with us the moment it happens, and we deal with it. There's a contact number on the machine too.

What does it need from the building?

A standard plug socket and roughly a square metre of floor in a spot people already pass or wait - a lobby, gym, lounge or laundry room. We'll suggest the best place when we visit.

How does the building get paid?

Monthly, as a share of everything the machine sold, with a statement showing what went through it. Payments are made to the building or its managing agent, never to individuals.

Can we choose what goes in it?

Yes. We start with a range suited to the building and adjust it to what your residents actually buy. If there's something they keep asking for, tell us and we'll add it.

Will it look right in our building?

It's a slim, glass-fronted machine and we wrap it to suit the space - the Kampus one carries the building's own name. It's designed to sit in a lounge, not a canteen.

Get in touch

Let's find the spot in your building.
